How many people can this location accommodate?
The venue capacity is a maximum of up to 350 guests standing, 100 guests on the main floor plus 50 in the mezzanine seated for a buffet or plated dinner, or 225 with a mix of seated and high-top tables for heavy appetizer events.
How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable?
50% plus tax is due with a signed contract, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. We accept debit, credit, and check.
How long will I have use of the event space, and is there an overtime fee?
You will have 10 hours of use, plus a 2-hour rehearsal prior to your event. If you need additional hours, it is $250 per hour.
Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware provided?
We provide all tables and chairs, plus house linens at no extra charge, and all bar glassware. Everything else can be rented through Jonz Catering.
Can I hire my own vendors, or must I select from a preferred list?
We exclusively use Jonz Catering for all food and beverage. You can hire any other vendors you prefer, and we keep a list of favorites who have worked in our space on our Vendors page.
Is there parking on site?
We're in the heart of downtown Tacoma, so we don't have our own lot. There is plenty of street parking, plus multiple lots within walking distance.
